I worked with Preston in service - he listened to my needs and what I wanted and didn't want - he didn't push to upsell anything. service found other issues during the inspection and took clear photos for Preston to show me. ultimately I only had them fix one of the two issues. I had an aftermarket system that had wires getting rubbed by my new tires and they wanted $450 to fix. I was able to fix it with 2 connectors and shrink tubing and about 30 minutes of work.
my service was completed in a timely manner. Russ was very attentive and kept me informed of all service performed.

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Service cost me $300 for incomplete diagnostics and a false battery diagnosis.
I brought in my 2018 Journey for an oil pressure code. They stopped the diagnostic and blamed the “original 7-year-old battery.” The battery was a NAPA Legend from 11/2023 — not original, and not failing.
They ran diagnostics on Wednesday and left the car until Friday — at which point the battery was dead. No parasitic draw test. No proper battery inspection. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and a recall fix. All the work was completed in a timely manner and cost was slightly less than what was estimated. Carlos is friendly and great at communicating the status of the service.

Took my Gladiator in because it is throwing code B2199-16, which is for "Battery Voltage - Circuit Voltage below threshold". The dealer said this was due to the fact I added larger tires and lifted the truck. What?!? They wanted to charge me $550 for a Mopar tire contract (whatever that is) to flash the PCM.
